I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and product I received from Bharatpe. I ordered a Bharatpe device with OrderID 306853, which was delivered to me on 7th September 2023. However, I faced several issues with the device and the application.
First, I was charged a higher MDR rate than what was communicated to me. I was told that the MDR charge for credit card transactions would be 1.40%, but I was charged 1.75% instead. I contacted Bharatpe customer support via email and they told me that I could change the MDR rate on the application. However, when I tried to do so, I found that the option was locked and I could not modify it.
Second, I decided to return the device within the 7-day return policy period. I raised a return request with ID 470677 on 13th September 2023. However, the pickup agent did not show up for the scheduled pickup and later the return request was cancelled on 5th October without any communication from Bharatpe. When I contacted Bharatpe again, they told me to re-raise the request but they refused to provide me a refund.
I find this unacceptable and unprofessional. I request you to look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible. I expect you to honour your commitments and policies and provide me with a full refund of the amount I paid for the device and the MDR charges.
I have also attached all supporting documents.
