BharatPe — Swipe machine

1 month ago we brought a bharat pe swipe machine and it wasn’t working, Your customer person or employee told us to do KYC.We did so then too it wasn’t working.Then your employee asked us for OTP for complaint file and took 1000rs from our account. Please do it as soon as possible or else take your machine back and we are applicable to file a complaint against you in consumer health.
