I am a Merchant and I used Bharatpe swiping machine for my shop bill payments and transactions.
Money was deducted from customer's account and the transaction was successful but I(the merchant) did not receive the money in my bank account.
I contacted Bharatpe support they send me a receipt and said the amount is successfully credited to bharat pe’s account but not on my bank account (
The money is showing on Bharatpe app profile but I am unable to transfer it to my bank account. They said that due to some issue the money will be locked for 3 months. Now 3 months are over, still they are not sending my money back.
This is how they are not settling customer’s money to merchant’s account and transferring the amount in their own account.
I need my money back as soon as possible.
