BharatPe — Transaction failed through bhart pe atm

I have made a transaction on 15.01.2021 off 10000 through sbi atm money was deducted from my bhart pe atm merchant id [protected] but atm machine did not dishpans cash.I have complaint 3 time through helpline no [protected] but till date amount not refunded in my account plz do the needful
