Bharti Airtel Private Limited — Asking me to pay for a broadband connection that was never installed at my home

I was a fixed-line user, one day i got an email from airtel that said that my plan was changes to rental rs1799 because of the new broadband connection that was installed at my place.but THERE WAS NO CONNECTION THAT WAS INSTALLED. after months of correspondence through mail and phone refused to pay any pending bills as they had internet charges.after many emails and phone conversations, airtel requested my to get the connection installed and soon after that they will wave-off the internet charges from my bill, I agreed and got the connection installed at my home now when i asked them to adjust the bill, they simply refused that airtel made any such commitment.
from the day I received first email, I am writing these emails to airtel but nobody helped me.the customer care executive confirmed I had '0' usage for broadband.
i am clearly wrote everything in those mails that I wont pay any charges as the services were never installed at my place and requested them to solve the issue as early as possible.
why would I pay for something that I never received, I never used?
I have each and every email saved.
please do the needful.I want that all the charges for broadband connection from the account should be cleared.

Wow a new way to cheat customers.
The amount that airtel was asking me to pay before these adjustments was about rs3100/- approxx.
After such long conversations emails and calls, airtel agreed that my issue was genuine and deducted the internet usage charges from my bill.
Now
I am receiving SMS alers for bill payment
Of rs 5000
I had a coversation with airtel
They said it was sent by mistake and asked me to pay - previous months fixedline charges + this month internet charges .
I am ready to pay full amount for previous months fixedline charges.
But broadband connection that was installed on 20Feb 2016 the bill was generated at the end of month and i am asked to pay 1 month rental for using the broadband for 1 week.
Unfair
Airtel should send me a bill that clearly shows the adjustments done by airtel, final amount and the bill breakup
