The basics if any phone is Calls and msgs. What in earth were you thinking when u rolled out 'No Outgoing sms'
- Senior citizens prefer sending sms to keep in touch with family members and relatives.
- If the person has hearing impairment, in that case what happens, when Outgoing sms' Have ypu thought abt it.
- first prices on minimum recharge snf yet No outgoing sms.
- If a person has to check his balance or book Gas through sms... Then?
- Why are you under the impression that all your customers are tech savvy and only use data.
- Can't there be two plans in Minimum Recharge plan with data and calls. Calls and sms.
If the company is running under loss, then in that scenario, u stop providing sms facility for basic recharge?
We request you to consider the plans before you roll out dumb plans.
No Outgoing sms for basic recharge which gives you data but no sms... Which are the basics of any phone.
