    I want to cancel my policy because he one fraudulently sold me and, I want cancel my policy and other department (IGMS) any one call and guide me, she one to pay the money than procedure. I can not trust to any one please help me to solve this case...

        This is a Humble request for NOC against my agent code. Already, Status of agency is showing that you are "Terminated".

            Bharti Axa Agent Ganesha from Mumbai has sold this plan to me saying that you will get cashback of premium You can withdraw amount anytime after 3 years with accumulated but now they are telling me you will get only 30 40 on surrender and rest all will be taken by company what a ### life insurance plan is that Is it for eating CUSTOMER money your sales agent doing fraud like this from first year of premium please refund the amount 100% asap?
            Please don't sell products by trapping CUSTOMERs and without telling them that you need to pay full policy term.
            Also if they exit or surrender in between they will get only 40% amount?

            Please never buy any plan from Bharti XA. you will get lots of fraud calls and follow ups. Also they dont have any good insurance plans they are just trapping the person.

              I am the customer of your service since more than five years, my sim No was not detecting as such your airtel shop has charged Rs 100 Rupees against a new sim, where as I received a msg to my another mobile that the maximum 25 rupees should be collected along with service charges, why this discrepancy is happening? please take notice of the same and revert back to my No [protected], unless my complaint is sorted out I shall file a "consumer complaint " for "deficiency of services" "cheating the consumers" at the appropriate consumer forum

                I have purchased a Term insurance policy of Bharti AXA on[protected] after completing All the procedures and 20 days they denied it stating they stopped issuing online policy through their official website and on[protected] they sent meail to buy it through policybazaar, based on that e-mail same day i bought it through policybazaar and completed all the procedures. Again After completing 40 days they sent a Mail stating that they stopped the term plan and it kept for cancellation hence it will be refunded.
                Because of their deficiency of service I need to pay approximately 5000 per annum over the next 48 years ( it comes to Rs 240000) and cab charges of Rs 8000 for undergoing the medical test.

                  Dear Sir/Ma'am
                  I have already contacted bharti axa many times but no concrete information was shared from bharti axa side. Mis selling was done with me and as per the policies I am unable to find the details of scammers(third party telemarketing team) still I am searching for the same. In documents shared by bharti axa handle I got to know that My financial advisor is Pooja Sharma having mob No. [protected] but this no. Is not active since this policy is taken, so what you shared you also unknown about it. You are just helping them to sell your policies with mis selling tactics.
                  These are the two other phone no. By whom I was contacted many times to sell the product but both fraudulent are not picking the call as they have done their part and now you are alone to protect them:

                    I have submitted my post hospital documents to Raksha Pune, Maharashtra office on 17 Jan 2022.

                    DR appointment was 10 th Jan 2022 for regular process attached DR perception for reference but due to shortage of medicine on market . I have purchased balance medicine to another city but purchase medicine invoice date is after 60 days from date of Discharge i.e 15 th Jan 2022 ( discharge date :-14 Nov 2021) .So Raksha TPA team has rejected my pharma bill amount 2632/- Request to please approve the pharma bill also and paid to me ASAP . I have attached my claim all supporting documents for your reference .

                    My refund till date not yet recd . They said sum payment error in system

                        I have purchased 2 policies from bharti axa, policy name elight advantages.

                        Now I came to know that the returns explained by policy agent was fake or wrong. Now I am trying to call both agent but both are responding to call or don't want entered me.

                        I need complete details about my policy and requested customer care to send policy agent for clarification. But these also not handled.

                        Only option I am looking to close policy. But I don't want to do that.

                        Please don't purchased any policy from bharti axa agents .

                          I have taken pension plan from Bharathi Axa Life insurance thru their third party agent India infoline executives for Rs.1, 53, 780/- per year and iam assured to get a cash back of 35% ie., apprx 48, 000/- in 30-45 days, inspite of several follow ups, they are not responding nor paying back my amount.

                            Please cancel the policy. It is within the free look period. Can you please cancel and refund?
                            This was a wrong promise by your officials.

                            Ref, .: Bharati Axa Elite advantage plan[protected]

                            This was a policy in 2014 it seems wherein my husband had paid ₹50000/-. He expired in the meantime and I was not aware of it.

                            Your officials called me up in January and asked me to pay the remaining balance premiums in 3 instalments to be able to revive the policy.

                            I paid ₹1.5 lakhs for which I received a totally new policy instead of an old policy revival document. When I inquired they asked me to pay the remaining instalments with a discount of 10% to finalise the policy and receive the amount in September 2022 itself.

                            I have not yet received the policy revival documents and each time I am receiving a new policy document.

                            Can you please help and provide me the document for my old policy?
                            I also want to know if I am being cheated.

                                It's has been more than two weeks since I applied for insurance (proposal no: [protected]), yet I haven't received policy. I spoke to customer service and they told me me next Tuesday. First they promised to delivery the policy with a week. Now two weeks are gone.
                                My friends who applied in SBI got their policy in just two days. It's very disappointing. They left me ashamed in front of my friends. I trusted them guys thinking they are different. But they disappointed me.

                                If they can't issue my policy, then cancel it and refund my money. I will apply in some other company.

                                    Company is harrassing me since last 2years approx and not providing me relieving letter. Wrongfully company slapped me with termination in my F&F settlement statement and denied for providing me relieving letter. I have mailed to HR head, CEO and other Ex-seniors but still company has not provided me. I am deep stress as without relieving letter I cannot join a new company and I will be jobless and BHARTIAXA life insurance will be fully responsible for all losses in my career . Please help me as I am in deep frustration.
