    POSP Money Refund

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    Myself Vidhyasree Vijayan I have paid Rs 999 to Chandansir from Policyboss through Prasad who had called me for POSP.

    Prasad told me that I can do Motor Insurance and start my own business through POSP. For the training purpose I need to pay 999 they will guide and provide me with Leads.

    But unfortunately after paying the money on 4th May 2022 till now I have not received...

        September four policies commissions were missing, and Mohsin promised that it will be cleared in October statement. But again it is missing along with two October policies. This is happening every month.

        Attached is list for September four policies and Oct 2 policies for which commission is not received. Also attached oct. statement for your reference.

              Since last three years i insured my car policy through landmark insurance. This year also i paid through them. The girl, named shilpi was in constant touch with me for payment. I made a payment in october itself for rs.12, 000/- and got policy documents from kotak mahindra for rs.11, 484/-. While inquiring, shilpi said it was some mistake and they will reimburse me extra amount and discount amount in first week of november. Now she stopped replied my messages and mails. I felt cheated. Its not a matter of 600 perks but a matter of ethics. You can't cheat your customer who trusted you from last three years. What impression you people leave and what business you will get by doing this so. Is anyone can do business through you people again???

                I got quotation of bharti axa (4th no.in claim settlement) on 7th sept and given cheque also on 9th sept. But on the day of my existing policy expiry 14th sept i was informed that it was mistake by your agent and now policy in bharti axa is not possible.
                So i was forced to buy kotak (15th no. At claim settlement) at higher premium rate.

                I made payment on 14th sept itself and was informed that i will get policy copy and cancelled cheque of bharti axa within 7 working days but still i got nothing.

                I also filed complaint against keval & rohin (His superior) on 24th sept but nothing happened yet. Complaint no. 1118058

                Now i confirm that landmark has cheat me and fraud company.

                  The concerned agent from landmark giving excuse as she is not well and she will send once she back to office.

                  One of the worst service i have expereinced and mark my words this is my end of relation with landmark and request your agent not to reach out through me.

                  Either provide my policy copy in nest 8 hours or return my money back.

                    Landmark broker mahesh manrekar replied in a very bad manner with extremely bad language.
                    Even though we had taken 0 depth insurance they are saying we cannot help you whatever you want tell you can u go ahead. We have already kept car creta almost for six days yet they are not ready to visit our insurance place moreover they are abusing us.
                    This person told us then we are not interested in company and even they are saying bad about their own company landmark.. This is how people work in this company corrupting their own company.

                    Moreover they told to take the return of my other cheque previously recently given for another car telling we don't want business.

                    This how this company work by abusing bad language to their own customer.

                    Even calling on their toll free number they are helping it out.

                        I hv bought Tata Aig car insurance on 18/5/19. But instead of several reminders yet not received original copy of policy. Attending persons were lying that policy dispatched and will receive shortly, but till date I hv not received my policy. Concern person also not replying properly. Very bed service and I strongly recommend not go through landmark insurance in future.

                          I renewed my polo car insurance from landmark in april 2019 and they offered me rs 1000 voucher for use while claim and assured me that voucher will be given after one month of insurance but I have not received. I called many times they told me they have couriered but when I asked for POD details of courier they are not responding of my phone call.

                            One of policyboss team member had promised me a cashback when i renewal policy but it wasn't given to me since 3 months. His name is prem ughrejiya and he was not answering my call and mail.

                            I had health policy with appolomunich, when it reaches renewal date he gave call me and offered cashback. I done payment, later he is not picking up my phone and not answering to mail.

                            cheating, scam, lies, unethical behaviour

                            They makes a false policy.in my policy i got my name, car model, contact number, engine no all wrong they just make their own car model to manual to at & they even also add new engine number to my car & their worker name wasim. His behavior is very unethical and he is liar. He told me that all the correction is be done in with in 5 days now its more then 25 days still don't get any response from him
