I had my car insured with Royal Sundaram and claim was smooth. Due to lesser premium amount I decided to switch into Bharti Axa which turned out to be disastrous mistake. Right after calculating quote, I received call from an agent Khalid and from very beginning he started to talk about payment. I should have had doubt but seeing brand name, decided to finalise. This agent was in hurry to receive payment and sent me 15 payment link in desperation. After having basic question answered, I made payment and my struggle started from here. I provided almost every possible vehicle detail (including previous insurance copy) to insure correct details in upcoming insurance certification. Within 48 hours I received soft copy with incorrect policy period. Tried contacting agent who promised to send corrected certificate (this is about 15+ days ago) but didn't happen.
Agent stopped picking phone call. When contacted though call and mail, they promised to send corrected certificate and fail to deliver on every estimated date. I have sent several mails with cc to Kiran.[protected]@bharti-axagi.co.in but still haven't received certificate with this small correction done. Called customer care 4 to 5 times and sent similar number of emails yet no resolution. Everytime they send a diplomatic reply starting with "We regret for the inconvenience caused" followed by "Your request for correction in policy period has been taken and forwarded to the concern team" but nothing being done for final resolution. Also tried registering my policy online and as expected, everytime their server fails to register policy with server error response code.
People who are reading this, be careful from spammers of Bharti Axa insurance company and don't take insurance from here or be ready for endless frustration.
