Bharti Axa — Bharti Axa cancellation of policy due to misguided case

Hi authority of consumer forum,
I am carrying Bharti Axa elite advantage policy no.[protected] received on 15 Nov 2022, Post getting the policy I continuously requested my relationship manager [Seviti, mobile no [protected]] to cancel my policy but she keeps me misguiding and did not cancel my policy. Initially when I purchased the policy that time she claimed as Barti Axa employee but later I come to know that she is from Bharti Axa broker company. Finally i have submitted cancellation request to grievance and complaint team on 13th Dec 2022 for cancellation reason behind broker of Bharti Axa misguided on the benefits of policy (Evidence submitted in email), I didn't go through after I received hard copy of policy due to I was out of town till time grace period was over & later I came to know about discrepancy about benefits, so I approach to branch to clarify on benefits & branch confirm me this is misguided case & apply for policy cancellation, so i submit the request through email and visited in branch to complaint department & even serval chaser about service request status, Bharti Axa sent an email stating that “We wish to inform you that we have done necessary due diligence at our end, and have not found any discrepancies at the time of Policy issuance. Also, we have not been supplied with evidence from your end, which may assist in further evaluation of your concern raised. Hence, we would like to confirm that in absence of any valid proofs/evidence and basis the case facts available, our decision continues to remain unchanged.”, i requested 3 to 4 times Bharti Axa complain team about consider this request of cancellation, but they simply deny my request. Yet no body confirming about cancellation status & even refund of my money; so, may times I reach to them but very poor resonance & feel like they are avoiding answering my request.

I Can provide the email trail which is communicated to and fro on a need basis.

I am requesting authority to take this case ahead and resolve the issue on priority.
