[Resolved] Bharti Axa — billdesk payment deducted but receipt not generated | |||
My name is c srinivasan. Based in chennai. Yesterday, 11 dec 2017, i renewed my two wheeler policy for my scooty zest tn 09 cb 8708 on bharti axa website for rs 1152.86, the payment was deducted from my card account. However, no receipt was generated and i provided all necessary evidence to customer service, even now remains unresolved and the policy has not been issued by bharti axa. My earlier policy will lapse in the next few days so the matter is urgent too. I have also now written a mail to mr kiran jayaraj, national manager customer service and am waiting for his response. Dec 15, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Bharti AXA have now issued the Policy, promptly. And one of their senior personnel called me and had a professional conversation with me. I provided my feedback requesting them to focus on the Payment gateway issue, which was the root cause for the complaint as well as the waste of time and effort on this issue. I thank Consumer Complaints Forum for firstly providing a platform to register complaints, as well as for acting on ithem appropriately.
