Bharti Axa Customer care team,
when i can expect the reply from your team, as per my experience no one is contacted me when i was raised this concern, even i tried to reach them, they was not responded to my request & confirm we cant help you
i feel like its trap set-by
bharti axa to grab customers by given false assurance about policy benefits & after words some one who raise the concern then trying bound in the rule book & raised hand
i tried so many times, but no one is interested to look into my request, even they confirm go and raise the issue in court ( this type of arrogance shown by
bharti axa team) ; i can understand you may have big figure sale company & you may not bother such types of cases, but some one who saved money for family future & company like
Bharti axa ( big Name in market ) showing this type of response after policy get sold, its worthless to trust .
following scenario happened in my case
1. serval calls from
Bharti axa for policy marketing
2. after 4 months i give them appointment
3.
person visited me not confirmed that he is broker & not
bharti axa person ( again & again he is stating that i am from
bharti axa ) ; my first mistake i believe that he is from
bharti axa ( never thought company hiring brokers to sold the policies )
4. he explained policy benefits on paper where he confirms 19 Lacs i will get after 12 years of policy, where i need to invest appx 7.68 Lacs ( so i kept the paper where he explained me policy benefits ) & on that basis i agreed to take policy even i proposed my colleague to take this policy, so she also taken it ! ; we paid the charges by NEFT
5. my self written my email ID & Mobile no on policy form ; Broker or may
bharti axa person entered wrong information on the side, so policy benefits information not reach to us & we not approach for cancellation
6. Policy paper delayed & delivered after policy hiring by 1 month after so many follow-ups ( grace period of policy get overed ) we didn't check due to i was out of town & forgot about policy hiring
7. got call for next premium, so that day i checked policy papers & benefit paper which was given by broker & found some confusion
8. for the clarification i reach out to customer care by call & asked them for benefits, so i again i found its not matching with what broker confirmed me
9. i visited branch PCMC & shown them policy paper & benefit paper which was explained by broker ; them confirm that benefit which explained & shown on paper by broker is wrong & you are miss guided on the policy benefit
10. PCMC branch given resolution to raise service request for ECS cancellation & policy cancellation, so further premium attempt will not happen from
bharti axa & you will get the refund of which payment already made to
bharti axa, so i given two request & all evidence related to misguide of policy benefits at branch
11. then i got the SMS from
bharti axa about premium deduction ; so i again i reach out to customer care on call & visited branch, even i wrote mail to complaint dept & service dept of
bharti axa
12. no body responded, then again i reach to branch they confirm team will contact you ; after 9 days i got call where i explained about all incidents & he confirm that i will investigate & will reach out soon, but till date no body contacted me
13. got mail from
bharti axa where they confirmed, we didn't get any response during grace period & we will not cancel the policy ( here i get trapped &strong feeling that Bhrati axa is fraud company who is steeling money from peoples ) ; i clearly informed on call that i didn't go through the policy and i was out of town, now peoples showing me rules
14 . my first concern ; wrong email ID mention and due to i didn't see the benefits during grace period other wise i cancel the policy . (
person knows very well that my job is traveling base & i didn't get the time to go through the hard copy after receival )
15 . so many emails, calls, serval visit to branch, no body given response
Heading :- Given wrong information to customer, putting wrong information email address ( so customer didn't reach out through policy ) then showing policy rules this is very well planned trap to grab customers & same thing happened to my colleague ( even wrong email ID mentioned ) Broker knows we are mostly working on the computers & if information given in soft they will cancelled
so request you to guide on further, where i need to lodge complaint physically in consumer court,
police station, or need to reach out media for justice !
