I am writing this email with utmost frustration, i have renewed my policy on 5th december and until now i have not received the policy yet to my email id. I had called multiple times and each time i am getting same lazy responses like system issue technical issue. I don't have to hear all such things just for a mistake i took the policy with you guys.
Today i called and the adviser she is saying about a claim in this year, which i clearly mentioned that the claim was not settle and will not be settled and it is an third party claim, i have spoke to your legal adviser before i renewed my policy and i made the payment through the link which you guys send to me. Dont you guys think about all these facts before asking for a customer to renew the policy?
Why all these are being informed to me after you take the money from me.
