He said about plan pay 30000 for three years and once free look period get agent commission of 40 percent amount for example 12000 out of 30000 for three years and rest of 9 year company reinvestment of your money and get final amout so I have provide kyc document for process the same.

02-Jul-2022 After document shared then again next day receive a call from shewta negi ([protected]) and she is address as relation ship manager and one other person contact number is shared [protected] as Rakesh Ranjan as fund manager. I have raised a question why I m trust you you are a bharti axa employees or third part so she is shared employee card of your company.
03-Jul-2022 After that I m shared the personal detail through chat. Then she is shared a Direct to company code D2C16118788 which is help to transfer commission to your account.
Plan detail is 30000 pay for 3 years=150000
4 to 12 year will company revestment amount and again 13 to 20 years 15000 money back then get maturity. 40 % each premium commission. Which is already mention on chat(reference negi shewta).
During between I have some question why company this type of plan is sharing to customer then he said company your money will invest in the mkt so get more profit.
I have done payment through credit card on 30000.03 through sbi card.

the following is the conversation that happened for selling me the product
I got a call from a Lady stating that she is calling from Bharti Axa Life Insurance and asked if I'm interested in the Investment
After that she added Rajesh Malik, a Relationship Manager at Bharti Axa who explained the plan to me which is Bharti Axa Life Elite advantage plan for period of 12 years, also there are only two investment options 30000 and 50000 with the following benefits
Investment Option Commission every Year Medical Insurance members for Medical Insurance
30000 30% 5 lakhs 5 persons
50000 40% 10 lakhs 8 person
also I was informed that I just need to make payment for initial 6 years and after 6 years till 12 years the company will reinvest my money.
After explaining above plan he has handed over my call to Rakesh Ranjan who stated to be a fund manager in Bharti Axa and confirmed all the given information and company is giving the commission because this policy will be created under my agent Code.
With above information they told me that once the payment is done someone from bharti axa life insurance will reach at my home to hand over all the documents of Medical Insurance and also will credit my commission amount to me.
Initially they also told that free look up period will be till the time someone from bharti axa will come with the final documents.
I have already raised to stop my policy and refund my amount to Rakesh in reply of which he is saying have created my refund case.
I only have the contact number of the Rakesh and Rakesh, since all the conversation had happened on Whatsapp with disappearing messages enabled or over call.
