I was having a car insurance which got expired on 18th march.. could not renew because of my travel schedule.. called the helpline and got my car inspected for a new policy.. inspection done and henceforth no response
After my number of calls and follow ups i got to know that my car is not recommended for a insurance as there is a "crack" on windahield..
1. First of all its not a crack, its a small chip about 1 cm in diameter.. and irs there for last 4 years.. nobody seemed to notice this in first inspection
2. There is no courtesy from bharti axa to inform the client.. i have been following up and getting promises for call back..
3. What is my benefit of coming back to bharti axa after my policy expired, where i m getting better rates and IDV from other competitors
I have been driving this car with out insurance for past 20 days.. just because u guys dont care to inform ur client..
This is crazy stuff from an insurance company.. absurd... The nationalised company provide better service than u guts Was this information helpful? |
