My name is Navneet, I received a call from number [protected] on 09/07/2018 at 02:12. The girl was talking about policy cancellation reason. I was telling that I have never purchased any policy from Bharti Axa in 2013. She was very rude behavior. She used unprofessional language and disconnect call. I would like that please train her how to speak with a customer. She is not in right profession because she has not patience.
