[Resolved] Bharti Axa — delay in services provided by claim department | |||||
I hold a claim with bharti axa. My car is lying at the service centre from the past 3 weeks now. However height if negligence by supervisior sameer, he called me to verify and said since it is an accidental case and doesn't seem like one we can cover only one claim out of the two. He mentioned that it doesn't look like the car has met with an accident. On top of it during my renewal of policy with bharti axa previous year they didn't take into consideration the details i had shared with them and later told me there is a recovery amount i have to settle before going a head. The supervisor did my not bother to tell me the amount to proceed further and told the ppl at service centre that customs will receive a letter which i haven't received so far. It was when i escalated the case with customer care services the only they share the amount and i made the payments immediately. They started the work but covered only one thing in that claim. The past 3 weeks i am trying to contact their team and they are either disconnecting or avoiding the case without any reasons. Pathetic services provided by bharti axa. I would definitely not renew my policy from them and suggest my family and friend's too. Was this information helpful? | |||||
