I am from assam...in our family my me nd my father insurance policy with bxalife... My father is old man... I stay far away from him... He send premium to bxalife insurance guwahati office but they don't send any receipt nd not even aknowledgent to us... If we call them they don't receipt the call... Very very very poor standard of management. If this is way they behave with customers den the company will never grow.

Updated by saswati [email protected] On 1st March I call to head office of bxalife insurance they connected me to get guwahati office...I talked to guwahati office members..nd requested them to send our premium receipt to my mail address..but till now they have not send me any mail.
