I am the customer of your service since more than five years, my sim No was not detecting as such your airtel shop has charged Rs 100 Rupees against a new sim, where as I received a msg to my another mobile that the maximum 25 rupees should be collected along with service charges, why this discrepancy is happening? please take notice of the same and revert back to my No [protected], unless my complaint is sorted out I shall file a "consumer complaint " for "deficiency of services" "cheating the consumers" at the appropriate consumer forum
