On 30/08/18 i purchased new two wheeler insurance at RS 1046 and payment made from tez payment app(axisbank) amount is deducted but receipt is not generated please solve my issue or please refund my money... My email id - [protected]@gmail.com

I applied for 2 wheeler policy and my money deducted 2 times and both the time it shows order failed ., ... transaction Id NPT[protected] and NPT[protected] please refund my money.
