I have purchased a tvs jupiter grande from tvs bhagwati shakti (Behlolpur noida). After 1 year i gone bhagwati shakti to renew my insurance because my insurance was broken and then bharti axa broker has completed renewal. And at the time of claiming they blaiming me that pre inspection has not been completed at time of renewal of insurance. So i wanna to know is that customer job or bharti axa agent.
