Bharti Axa General Insurance — My bike insurance policy not receiving me.

I am renew my bike insurence bharti axa general insurence . on date 21/10/15 online renew. and my policy is not receiving me. They said policy is given to you after renew 3 working days you have received soft copy mail to me and Original copy in 7 working days sending to me. I have not received my soft copy and original copy . i am calling there they said every days the end of the day you have received your policy i am calling 10 to 12 time and they giving same answer every days
