[Resolved]  Bharti Axa General Insurance — no response or soft copy provided yet for car insurance renewal

On jan 18th 2017, after interacting with the customer care for online payment for car insurance renewal transaction identification number : lhmp[protected], till date i have not received the soft copy yet. They had assured me that i will get the soft copy by jan 21 2017.

But till date i have not received the copy nor no one form the team has addressed my issue.

Very disappointed by the bharati-axa team for the false commitment promised & fooling customer.

No proper service follow up, the sales team just vanishes after the insurance is renewed. Worst service . At last they send the email copy.
Bharti AXA customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
