[Resolved] Bharti Axa General Insurance — Rude & Harrasing Consumers | |||
I had filed for a claim and was asked to sumbit the original bill from the car showroom which i did promptly and after that i was given a number to contact in Bharathi Axa from the car showroom... now i called a couple of times to follow up with that person MR VIJAYKUAMR who is the manager of claims i suppose... he just started raising his voice on the phone and shouted "How many time will u call and ask dont i have any other work and so on i was just shocked to get this response from a manager.. i was totally harassed and finally he cut the phone threatening how i ll get my claim kind of thing ... Pathetic state of affairs in a democratic country how will a common man get justice Was this information helpful? | |||
