[Resolved]  Bharti Axa Health Insurance — For claim of health insurance

I am pradeep pandey and i insured my family under the bhartiaxa health insurance .
Here is my policy no bih/q0088592/2c/03 . In the month of the august my wife's operation had been done in the sath manulaal hospital jabalpur and from that date health insurance company would not give a satisfy answer since last 5 months. They always give a requirment since 3 month and not given satisfy answer.

Mr.pshiv849pandey, if your claim paper with required documents given to insurer, they have to settle the claim within 30 days or to infm you specific reason rejecting the claim in writing. Pl insist for claim settlement, if no response is received in writing or no response or not satisfied, you may approach insurance ombudsman for your grievance. Oral information by insurer are not valid & insist for the same in writing.
