[Resolved]  Bharti Axa — Health Insurance policy not received

I have made an online payment of Rs. 3258.00 on http://www.bharti-axagi.co.in/ through quick pay as directed by their executive on phone dated 6-Apr-2016 and transaction reference number FHMP[protected] against application number FA0101.

Till now, i haven't receive any soft copy neither any hard copy on the same. I have call several times on toll free number and whatever number i got through internet but no help and i have mailed them aslo on their mail id like Customer.[protected]@bharti-axagi.co.in; [protected]@bharti-axalife.com; Kiran.[protected]@bharti-axagi.co.in; complaints.[protected]@bharti-axalife.com

Customer care dont have any idea what to do and redirect to go to nearest branch. Went to Noida, sector 18 branch and they dont deal with online policy. What the heck!!!

Please take stern action on this people. Taking policy is so much pain then God knows what about when claiming.

After raising complaint on 18Apr2016, today 19Apr at 11:42 AM, i got mail from [email protected] CC: Pranali Rode ([email protected]);Swapnil Zambre ([email protected]>, "Vijayraj Gujjarappu ([email protected])" and Policy document on my mail ID. Didn't thought that just writing on Consumer Complaint it would be lot easier or may be some higher management steps in as i have posted on their FB page too.
Bharti AXA customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
