Bharti Axa — health insurance/ regarding health insurance

Dear sir,
I have purchased online smart super health insurance plan through online dt. 14th feb, 2019. On dt. 20th feb. 2019 amount rs. 14414.00 deducted from my credit card and no any policy number or email received me yet. Therefore you are requested to clear the matter and send my policy documents as soon as possible.
