I have raised a claim on 15 march 2018, multiple people from claim department are asking me documents, i have sent to two persons and still the claim is not approved, they were saying, they need the rc, my daughter has misplaced the rc and i have softcopy of one side of it, they wanted rc extract from rto. I didnt know that they were waiting for this document till i called them, after 4 days, now i have submitted the rc extract, they have come up with one more thing, date on claim record is not correct. The customer care lady might have written it wrongly or i might have said it wrongly, but they can not correct the record, he is now waiting for the telephonic conversation. I dont know what will he do listening to it, if he cannot correct it. They are simply delaying the process, they have taken the customer for granted, i am very much frustated. The guy who is handling my claim is shaik sattar, his number is[protected], i dont know why he is delaying the process, is he over occupied or not capable or inexperienced, i dont know.
