Bharti Axa — insurance policy issue/refund

Your representative mr. Manish has taken the details and sent the person for inspection on the same day...in the evening i was told that the inspection was successful and i was sent a link to make the payment which i did (Enclosing the snapshot for your reference).

I was told i would get the soft copy by sunday morning and the hard copy would be sent in 3 working days time...

In the evening again i got a mail from motorpre. [protected]@bharti-axagi.co.in, with a status rejected.

On 4th i called up i spoke to sowmya and explained her about the mail... She said payment is already made, no problem with the inspection... So i would receive the policy by monday.

5th feb monday i received a inspection call from your team again they have taken all the details... And said the policy would be released in 2 working days...

8th feb i again i called up customer care spoke to mr. Prasad... He said he spoke to accounts department and i would be getting my policy by 9th morning.

Today morning 10th feb 2018 again i spoke to your executive mr. Raju kumar... Now he says a different story... He says the car no. Is wrongly written as ap10k instead of ap 29k... That's were the delay is.

Just fail to understand.. Even after so many reminder calls and followups... Why the process is getting delayed.

On the same day i received a call from mr. Manish (Sales team), he said there was a typo error from his side for 2005 model and 2006 registration, he entered it as 2008 for which i have to pay 880/- shortfall amount.
I denied and asked him to refund my amount.

They was no response for my request and call back was not arranged, again i called up the customer care... I had to tell them the whole story again and i was directed to sales team,
I spoke to mr. Ritesh, even after my instructions on 8th feb, the request was not taken by manish... Now ritesh said he will send me a mail in half hour and will forward the request for refund... Which will take 21 working day.
This is really ridiculous... The mistake is from your end... You cannot expect us to pay extra amount for your typo error.
More over why it should take 21 days for my refund.

Mr. Ritesh, did not respond withe the mail... He has given me following no [protected], but when i am trying to reach this no. He is not responding to the call.
After 2 to 3 attempts one lady picked up the call... And to my surprise she say's there is no body by name ritesh in bharti.
I am trying to reach the same no again and again but no response... This is very unprofessional behavior.

I have even sent a mail to your nation head mr kiran (Kiran. [protected]@bharti - axgi.co.in, this morning, even there was no response from him.

For issuing the policy if you harassing customers like this... I really doubt your behavior during policy claim.

Somehow i feel... I took a wrong decision choosing bharti axa...

Please check all the call recordings @ your end before you give a call back or reply to me.

If renewal is not possible please refund my amount immediately without any delay.

Request you to kindly look into this issue and resolve it asap.

What is the use of apologizing time and again and sending the same pre recorded mail... when solution is not provided.

I been following it up with you people since 2 weeks... @ the time of payment... you people shamelessly call 100 times... but after the payment is done...
even after repeated requests for call back no body responds.

The mail says if you are not satisfied with the response please contact Kiran Jayaraj, I have already sent him mails numerous times... no response from him.

You play a very safe and clever game by not giving the contact No. the contact No. given in the reply mail is a general customer service No,
and if we ask for the person who replied us, they coolly tell they can't transfer the call.

This is really ridiculous, you are cheating the people... I am going to escalate this issue in Consumer FORUM and IRDA.

It's already 15 days since I made the payment... because of your internal problems and internal ### up's you are penalizing the customers.

Till now the request for refund is not raised from your end.

Again please don't send a same old pre recorded ### saying... we apologize or we escalated stuff.

Give the response in actions...

Hello Team,

This is real lethargic approach and irresponsible behavior...
Now some how I completely feel that I've been cleverly cheated by Bharti Axa.

First place when the Inspection Team say's the Inspection status is rejected; I was kept in dark by the sales Team I was told the Inspection was successful and they collected amount from me.

Now they are saying there is some typo error happened from the back end... and I have to pay a short fall.

I have clearly told them time and again to refund the amount... I don't want to pay any excess amount because of Bharti Axa negligence.

From my side I have provided them all the details clearly... you can verify your recordings.

Till now the refund request is not honored or raised from your end.

I've been following this up for the past 16 days... people will loose faith in online Insurance if this kind of approach is repeated.

Hope you speed up the process and give the resolution @ the earliest.
