Dear My policy refund is in process and i am yet to receive the amount in my account even after 20 days. Everyday the telecallers give a new timeline to process the same. This kind of callous attitude is not expected of a company like bharti axa life insurance company ltd. Readers please be wary of buying any product from bhart axa life in the future. They couriered the cheque on 17 Feb to my old address which returned undelivered. Please note I had initiated both the address change and bank account details updation around the 10th of Jan 2018.
Yesterday I received a email saying that the amount would be credited to my by eod 23rd Feb. Lets wait and see.
