Reference with serveral online complaints and mails regarding my policy.
I personally visited to pune branch on 18th December-14 and had
discussion with Mr Amrit regarding my policy. I am getting surprises all
the times through bharti-axa, he have told me my policy had lapsed
because i need to submit good health form (which was not informed when i
had paid the premium) again the amount is also showing different at his
end. Can i know what is customer strategy for bharti-axa. First of all
for all this things i had travelled about 25 km distance from my home
(its just because you people cant solve the querry on phone or email)
again after going there also not had any solution on it. I had given
written complaint to Mr Amrit and now its almost more than 2 months i have
not got any reply from him neither online. while making payment i have
spoken with your customer service people and confirmed about it again i
had done online payment and amount showing on payment need to make i
have made the payment. Is it customer's mistake that they want be with
Bharti-axa and bharti-axa is not helping them on customer satisfaction
level, is there no benchmark is there and why thn customer service
people are not having proper information with them. now its Jan-2015, i
am following up the things since september-2014. i need solution for my
problem or reverse the amount i have paid i really dont want to waste my
