Bharti Axa — Mis-selling

This is mahendra Singh.I have 6 life insurance policies.I have filed mis selling complaint to the company on 12th December 2023.I have sent my 3 years ITR to the company.These 6 policies were issued by the company with false documents like ITR copies & self declaration.Company has verified the ITR copies & on the 19th Feb 2024 company has sent me an email where they have accepted that my income is wrongly updated, in that email company has given me number of their sales representative mr.Saurabh singh & said that post discussion with him I have to share my decision with him.So I have discussed my concern with him & told him that I want refund of my all 6 policies.Almost one month has passed to that discussion but still I have not received any final decision from the company.I have already approached my complaint to UP STF & I am getting calls from the police officers to come for the statement. but I have not gone because I am waiting for the companies decision if I didnt receive refund from the company then I am going to file an FIR against company & EDOCD insurance solutions.
