This is with reference to your email dated 16 Jan 2024 and your captioned policy number with us, kindly note that your grievance has been registered under Complaint Reference No.[protected] and we are looking into the matter.
We wish to inform you that your complaint is being attended to by Afrin Shah from Grievance Redressal Cell and we shall respond to you within 14 days from the receipt of your email.
Further, kindly note that, should the need be, we may contact you on your registered contact number to address your concerns. We thus request you to share your alternate contact details (if any) or the convenient time (anytime between Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6pm) to speak to you.

Today mr. Krunal again came to meet me and say sorry there is mistake done from ourside and if you wish you can fill form and cancel this new policy and also give the assurance that the total money that I have paid against old policy which is around 4 lakhs that would be credited tooo as the fault is from their side I am not suppose to bare the other amount... so I am going ro visit them agin on Friday Ahmedabad branch and give cancellation of this policy issued.
Please co ordinate with your Ahmedabad branch manager mrs. Binal Shah and resolve this ASAP. I need my money back in any way

Today I have again visited Ahmedabad branch for Policy Cancellation request for subjected policy . Now i need that premium which I have paid against it should be reverted back to me and then I would also need to get the Remaining amount from My previous policy against which this new policy issued old policy number is[protected] .

The Company was in receipt of proposal of insurance for the given policy along with their respective first premium deposits paid and relevant KYC proofs. Accordingly, the aforesaid policy was issued and the policy document of the respective policy were dispatched at the communication address mentioned in the proposal form. We understand a verification call was initiated at your registered mobile number prior to the issuance of the policy number[protected] wherein all the respective policy benefits were explained. You agreed with the acceptance of the policy terms and condition during the call. The said applications were issued only post receipt of your consent in the verification call.
We understand that the policy was issued via authentication code (OTP) which was approved from your registered mobile.
As per terms and conditions of the policy, in case of any disagreement with the policy a policyholder is required to approach the company within 15 days from the date of receipt of the policy. We hereby inform that the Company did not receive any grievance from you within such stipulated period.
The matter is highlighted only post freelook period of policy issuance wherein you have raised a concern of mislead against previous Bharti Axa policy.
