Bharti Axa — my policy premium paid is not reflected

Hi,

Hi had paid my premium amount online, my policy number is[protected].
I had raised the tickets through online as well as a customer care and also even though a mail.
They are closing my ticket, not providing a proper resolution.

Ticket details are,
11387253 15/11/2018 [protected] open policy servicing related hi, i had paid a premium its not reflected. I paid my premium on 3rd oct of amount rs 6508, find the credit card statement below.
