This is in regards to my Bharti AXA Group Policy no. 10000132. It is linked to my Housing loan for which I am the Primary member - HARVINDAR SINGH CHAWLA. I downloaded to to check status of this policy and a recently bought policy in 2024 but can't find this one. When I called Customer Service on[protected] using contact us from their Mobile App and talked to representative Sakshi, she couldn't find any details of that policy either and later told me that provided details are incorrect. I have attached Certificate of Insurance and copy of first premium as well for your reference as well. I requested her to talk to her Manager expecting they may have more excess to find my policy details but she did not and made me upset telling that if I use any abusive language, she will disconnect. Finally she told me that has arranged a call back from a manager and it will be with within 1 hr. After 1.5 hours I got a call from [protected] which appeared as a Spam from Bharti AXA Customer Care but before I could pick up that call, they disconnected.
I wish escalate because its completely disappointing. If something happens to me during the paying term and my spouse, the beneficiary takes that 3-4 pages document to a Bharti AXA Life office, they may tell her the same stuff and deny the claim. She will either curse the Bank, the Insurance Company or Me. Was this information helpful? |
