[Resolved] Bharti Axa — policy is already cancelled but amount to be refunded

Hi, this is very unfortunate that i had cancelled my policy on 26th march'19 but still my amount is not refunded in my ac and i am continuously calling to customer care as well as they are not getting resolution so kindly support to refund the amount on priority as soo many days have already passed kindly confirm is this the right way to deal with customer whereas 14 days crossed, i am requesting for resolution else i have to seek alternate option.
