Bharti Axa — reference with claim number i9m065iq | |||
This is regarding my motor insurance handled by bharti axa Car : audi a4 Build : 2012 Color : red Accidental date : 16th feb Claim raised : 26th feb Details of accident My vehicle was busted by a heavy moving vehicle from right side and in order to avoid further clash my dad took an immediate left which ended up bringing scratches on left side. Hence my luxury vehicle got scratches and dent on both sides. Complaint #1 8 days after raising complaint the surveyor went to workshop. I called multiple times on their toll free and kept on checking back with the numbers provided. But no one came to rescue before 8 days. I had to manage my conveyance for 8 days during that time period. Surveyor observation Surveyor clearly mentioned that scratches are on both sides and it's pretty obvious to give atleast 8 part repair refund which could approx mount upto 32, 000 My workshop bill was over 60k+ Complaint #2 To my surprise i got a mail from magnum surveyor team that they will only reimburse me for 3 parts i. E rs 12, 500 By that time the work on both sides have almost been completed to 70% I was left with much disappointment and after calling magnum surveyor people and even the owner, i got a very rude reply saying if the truck struck your car i should have been dead Like there is no other option someone can get a claim raised Like there is no other way a heavy moving vehicle could end up in an accident without killing me and my dad Complaint #3 Once the workshop job was done, workshop guy called the surveyor team to come and inspect again. To make sure that someone does come, the car was in workshop for 2 extra days waiting for the surveyor to come Since no one came, i took the car from workshop as the follow up was going nowhere and hiring a cab everytime was giving unnecessary financial burden Now i got a letter from magnum surveyor team saying that i have to produce vehicle to them?? I mean what is this, they are expecting me to bring vehicle to their office cause they were not disciplined enough to do it in first place, which is actually their job 12, 500 is no way an audi owner would get if the car got scratch even on one side. Even my bumpers were damages but i thought let it be, probably it will take another few calls to make them understand their job. Plus the staff is very very rude and arrogant.
