Bharti Axa — Regarding renewal of my health policy

I Rajesh Kumar Pati having policy No J9559995 inform you that as per the conversation with your executive I have paid 8737/- on 15/02/2022 at 18.50PM for renewal of my health policy. But till now I have not received the acknowledgement from your side. Toady I received a mail for required document for generating my policy copy (PEP & ID proof ) a12.45PM and at 1.25 PM I received another mail that payment has not received. But amount has debited from my account. on that day.

Though my policy has expired on 26 Jan 2023 and It is in grace period and today is 21st Feb 2023, consider it as urgent basis.
Please find the attachment of my transaction details and send me the policy copy asap.
