I, Vaibhav Thobbi, residing in Hyderabad have been subjected to multiple phone calls from Bharti Axa Life Insurance trying to sell me their policies. I have written an email to them twice after their "Customer Service" helpline does not even connect to, and even when it connects I have to wait and wait and wait till someone actually decides to answer my call. Your call Centre employees have been HARASSING me and my family by calling at odd hours. Sometimes even upto 5-10 times a day. This has been going on for almost 6 months now. I am writing here as a last resort, if i don't get a proper response now at least, you can expect legal action taken against your company for harassing me.
Kindly look into this matter as it will be escalated if action is not taken.
P. S. - I don't care about your policies as I am already insured. If only your employees understood the meaning of "NO, Thank You", this wouldn't have been posted here. Was this information helpful? |
