My name is anuj sharma. My ford aspire hr-14m 5334 met with an accident and had a zero depth insurance from bharti axa. Now after two months car is reapired in the workshop but surveyor is not coming for final inspection (R. I). I called him he replies i will come tomorrow. Already suffered a lot even then they don't understand customer sentiments. Anyone there to help me out..
