[Resolved]  Bharti Axa — surveyor cancelled the claim after one month of inspection

My car got accident one month earlier and i had register claim online but i didnt get the approval i have filed a complain against claim handler as he is not giving me approval to bharti axa customer care after that the claim handler called me and said complain kar k kuch nhi kar paoge main file cancel kar raha hu koi claim nhi milega khud k paise se banwa lo car my claim id is i9m06lhu and policy number is sa 775787
