[Resolved] Bharti Axa — the reimbursement not received claim amount. | |||
Respected sir, I have filed a medi-claim with paramount for my hospitalisation as guided by toll free number of bharti axa. It has been more than 1 months of filing the claim. I have not yet received my claim amount. Everytime i call on tollfree number to inquire the status of my claim, i get the same answer that my claim is under process. On 15/11/17, i had got a call from bharti-axa, who told me that my claim is approved & i will get re-imbursement within 1 week. Now 1week has already passed & yet i have not received the payment. When i called today, again i got the same answer. My policy no bih/q0080688/2c my claim documents send tpa team, 16 nov. 2017 claims registered with id no. 1711738. Last week received mail my claims is medically approved. But 1 month more i am not received claim amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
