[Resolved]  Bharti Axa — two wheeler insurance: renewal for a year. finished it in 8 months without information

I had taken axa policy with ad on with my new veh tow years back and renewd it last year again with ad on cover.
I also claimed the policy last year after renewal.

I have been trying to renew from last evening, but thinking working hours over yesterday, i cakked the customer care 3 times.. And first one said the policy was updated and finished on 15 july.

For whatever reasons it has been done is secondary, should i be not getting a mail or sms?
And may i know the reasons why it was done in the first place.
