I have done the renewal payment on[protected]:31:11. My policy number is S4174542. Below is the details

Now i have still not received the soft copy of the policy and the policy has been already expired on 17/11/2018. I have done the complain 4 times and complaint no is 01739060/01749569.
Could you please treat this as high priority. If its not possible to send the soft copy then could you please revert my money so that i can buy the same from other company as the service is worst for Bharti Axa.
