[Resolved]  Bharti Axa — unethical behaviour and scam by insurance claim handlers

We raised a claim on 19th february 2017. The claim handler gave wrong information to the approval team. He uses unethical language. We want alternate claim handler. We paid 45k insurance premium in three years now our claim value is 15k for that also the bharati axa has rejected the claim.
We want full claim.
We request you to address this issue asap
