Bharti Axa — Victim of your fraud agent.

Dear Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention in the fact that my father Sri.Subhash Chandra Banerjee (83 Years) made a life insurance policy in my name Mr.Pradip Kumar Banerjee (vide policy 18292790 was proposed in my name in Dec 2010).The policy copy is not also available as it might have been missing due to shifting of residence.

Few months back I received phone calls from your Kolkata office[protected] Mrs.Riya Roy) & ([protected] Mrs.Sneha) & ([protected] MANAGER DIPANITA DAS) to continue this policy or to discontinue for payout.

I repeatedly told them that I have no papers of the policy with me and I wanted to know the policy no, but they did not give me the same and they insisted on making some other 6 policies (4 in Future Generali & 2 in Bharti Axa life insurance) so that I can get the pay out along with the new policy premiums.

Last 2 months they have given 3 to 4 different dates for my pay out but still all dates have failed or I did not receive any pay out.

In the above circumstances I am afraid that they are making fraud promises which have no justification. In the meanwhile I also informed the same to the rnlife.[protected]@relianceada.com & rnlife.[protected]@relianceada.com and they informed me that After investigating the phone numbers [protected], [protected] & [protected] provided by me, They confirm that the number is not registered with any of the offices of Reliance Nippon Life Insurance and they believe that unsolicited spurious calls are being made by miscreants posing as Reliance Nippon Life Insurance or IRDAI employees. At last I got the policy no by email from Reliance Nippon Mutual Fund customer service (rnlife.[protected]@relianceada.com).

I am not in that position to continue all those policies. I contacted those policy issuer (Future Generali & Bharti Axa Life Insurance) and they said the policy is valid. The Agent code which is written in those policy bonds along with mobile no have no existence. How is it possible I could not understand?

I cannot understand how insurance companies can issue such policies by these fraud agents by coercion? Is there any link between those companies and these fraud agents? I request you to take such steps so that my policy money are not lost. I came to know that recently some fraud call centres are involved in such activities. It is a matter of great concern not only for me but for everybody.

My earnest request please look into this matter very sympathetically and oblige me.

Please also note that without my signature anywhere the same fraud agent issued 4 policies of Future Generali and 2 policies of Bharti Axa Life Insurance making me a fool but on basis of my complain Future Generali Life Insurance company has taken the appropriate action and they have refunded the full and final premium amount (Rs. 31500, Rs. 31499, Rs. 55000, Rs. 48000) including Tax.

In spite of repeated mail to Bharti Axa Life Insurance, they did not take any action and did not pay my premiums paid by me. The same fraud agent is also involved there in. So I request you to take immediate action so that my hard earned money is not lost in this way. I believe that the rules of policies should be same in all cases.

As you are the responsible authority to take proper action so my earnest request to you is that I am not cheated by the Bharti Axa Life Insurance company.(Policy NO :[protected],[protected]

I also several complain to Consumer Forum, IRDAI and other responsible authorities but didnot received any response but i will take the legal action until my problem will be resolved.
