To date, we have not received your full monthly rent payment. Please understand that failure to pay rent of 2281 is the most frequent cause for tenants to lose their Property site, and we are concerned about the balance due from you. Presently, you have an amount due of Rs 15967 from Sep-20 to Mar-21Please pay this amount immediately. And also I have requested to renewal/rethink of payment structure which has a concern to me and can not be affordable on the above monthly of 2281 which you are making it currently past days. or if you are not continue or eligible to make it I would suggest you to vacate immediately from now to 60Days time period. As you all know that I have been requesting and struggling since a 4months+ there was/is not a single improvement I must request you start moving on .
