[Resolved]  Bharti Infratel — not paying increasing rent for sharing

A tower of Bharti Infratel (ID klw104) is errected in my plot at water works road Mandi Kalanwali Distt. Sirsa Haryana from August 2004. Afterward two more cell co. of tata indicom and Videocon are using the said tower and my premises for providing services for last 5-6 years. As per aggreement Bharti Infratel aggeered to pay a extra fee @20 of rent for first sharing and @15 percent of rent for second sharing. But to the till date company did not pay us a single pie on account of sharing.I have talked to the officials of co. for a number of times but could not get satisfactiry answer. Apporx. 80-90 thousand amount of arrear and increasiung rent is pending with co. bharti Infratel is voilating the aggreement between us. so please guide me how i can get this amount as soon as possible. I am feeling depressed due to this metter.
