Dear sir,
I goutam das purchased 3 lac bulk sms frm bhashsms and i give to my customer having user id - vscpvt & scmove. And for that sms i transfer rs 21, 000 to bhashsms through online transfer.
Sir when my clients send bulk sms only 10% of sms will delivered after 3-4 hours.
For that reason i complained more than 30 times but yet they have not solve my problem and also they have not respond my call.
But my customers regularly complaining me that sms not delivered also i check the delivery report the same problem.
So therefore i request you to accept my complaint and take action over such type of company so that the customer will not harash or failure.
