BhassSMS Company is a fraud company. Please don't make any payment with this company.

They promise to provide SMS credits upon payment, but after receiving payment, they block you. I have made 4500 payment, but I did not receive the SMS credits as promised by the salesperson (Kirti Kamal Sahu), Now salesperson and 2 support team members have blocked my number.

I have checked that SMS panel also, that panel also very bad interface and only 30% of the SMS messages sent are delivered, yet 100% of the credit is deducted from your account..Its totally scam, please don't waste your time and money with this company..

Purchased SMS credits from BhashSMS company sales executive gave polite demo and took payment of 30000/- Thirty Thousand rupees UPI payment. After payment my struggle non sense response from sales team panel working not working no message on progress of sms submitted.
Support team asking to send mail when call to support desk these fools also no proper information Credits deducting without any proper formula non sense response and irritating response from BHASHSMS.

Been using Bhashsms for a while now. Works great and does what it says on the tin! Great customer service and always happy to help.

They had given all fake commitment and no service after making payment. shown trial by sending 2-3 msg for trial but once we deposit payment they even didnt credit the msgs to our account when we shout on him they credit after 2 hrs and its already 6:15pm when he extended time. Then when we tried sending msgs its not showing any single msg nor sent button will be working. And when we call him so he is saying that try sending tomorrow and when open panel tomorrow morning all credit gone and after asking with him, he mentioned that its expired automatically if you shoot msg after 6 pm. When we told that non of the msg got delivered how its expired if its your system default then please refund that credit so we will shoot campaign now in morning time so he is saying that you have to purchase then only we will refund it. So they just want to cheat people and want to eat others money by providing nil service to you.

On 6th July 2022, all of a sudden I receive messages in whatsapp that Thank you for choosing our service and all but the fact is I haven't heard about this company ever and then I received the call in that they were claiming that I have chose their services. When I disagreed with them then they started threatening me by saying we'll forward your phone number to the police and you will now talk to them. This company is completely a big fraud company. They say 1lakh sms will cost around 10, 000, once you pay the amount they will not deliver your sms. If you ask why? they will say you have to upgrade your account and pay more money.
Do not ever buy any sms service form this company. Customer service, sales persons all are uneducated and unprofessinal.

The company bhash sms is a complete fraud and cheat ponzi scam company.
They will fool you by giving competitve deals on bulk sms/whatsapp packs but once the money is with them u will notice that any push sms/whatsapp u send will not be delivered to the end customer. I sent over 100s of whatsapps to my regular customers and put several employees numbers and friends and familys numbers.not even a single person received the message. If you raise a ticket their support will say messages will reach soon but it never happens. Pure cheaters and scam artists.

These ###S took money from us for 13lac msgs incl.2, 00, 000 of trans and the messages are not going i contacted them. That ### told that i need to pay more 1, 23, 000/- again to raise the quality, Please dont purchase the messages from the ### people

I have purchased 5000 Voice call and rs 1700 but he is not delivered any call and he is commited to charged only delivered message but he has charged only and not any single message has been delivered.
They all are fraud kindly buy a single message.

I have purchased premium service otp sms pack and it has been over a month. Not even a single day it has worked properly. It would be a waste complaining about late deliveries because most of the time the otp/sms is not even delivered. The team is highly trained to fool its customers/clients. Each time you contact them they would ensure you that the problem would be resolved and within next half hour you would be facing again all the issues.

Worst SMS company. Please never buy any service from them. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I've made a purchase of 1 Lakh SMS from Bhas SMS, Currently I've around 30K Premium SMS credit in my account but SMS is not delivering from my panel and generating a fake delivery report. I've contacted my account manager but no response and technical team but not response and still SMS not delivering from my panel.

Bhash sms is a fraud company. They do not have any services. They do marketing aggresively and push you to pay 100% money. No one of their services are functional. Sms delivery rate is 0.0001% which means if you send 1 lakh sms, only 10 are delivered.
They have been running this scam for long time. They do not have any office to send legal complaint. If you write emails, they just neglect you.

They are not responding to consumer complaints legal notice as well.

Be prepared for this experience. You bargain and they will agree on the price you want. But when it comes to delivery of sms, i don't think even 10-20% is delivered. We bought their service on 26th march 2020. When we didn't receive any response for the first 40000 sms we have our doubts. We jumbled 13 of our personal numbers in their database. We found that only 4 out of 13 were delivered. We complained about this to their sales person, zafar. He told us to reduce the one time sms quantity to 5000. We did that again with jumbled numbers. We found that only 3 out of 11 were delivered. We reduced the one time sms quantity to 500 with 4 jumbled numbers. We found that the delivery happened to only 1 or 2 out of 4. Then the sales person has the audacity to say that it is not his responsibility. They have absolutely no technical knowledge. I suggest not to take their services even if offered free.

We are from trip my dreams tours and vacations indian govt certified msme travel agency.

I have purchased 30000 sms from bhashsms.com with 3000 inr. As per their offer we will get 30000 transnational sms which we can send to our customers for bookings and new updates in bulk. And also we can send normal and unicode sms in bulk mode as well single.
I have made online payment through their instamojo provider online gateway.
We have tried to send bulk sms to customers but not delivered every time. We have complained them so many times but they did not even respond on mail as well on call. Only one time we had word with them and they talk like they don't care and we can't do anything with them. Bhashsms thinking that people will complains everywhere because they know indian law is not strict to do anythings as indian law has many loophall in it, customer can't do anythings as apparently which is true. We are requesting to you please investigate all the bhashsms complains on consumer forums and ask the experience with them than you will understand the fact. Banned this such type of fraud sms providers. These type of sms providers just attract to customers by cheapest sms service and don't delivered the sms. My proofs are attached with this mail.

I have purchase 1, 00, 000 sms from bhash sms service consulting person mohammed iliyas @ rs 7500/- but after fue day no 1 sms deliverd, i have also complain more than 15 time to mohammad and his support team, but not getting any support, if i call to support team they told me send mail or upload your complain in support portal. Purchased 200000 messages promo dnd from bhash sms from mr. Amit-mumbai for rupees 18000 to inform our students about class cancellation or batch information. From initial i am facing issues for msg delivery. The person concerned is not replying to our issues nor is he tring to resolve the problem

When asked about the refunnd he is ignoring and replying that your money will not be initiated

Please help us as 18k is big amount for me and due to the sms company i am facing business and reputation loss hugely..
